On our website you can order a great kitchen accessory. Simply line our polenta mold with plastic wrap, spray with non-stick & fill with hot polenta. When full, fold over the sides, twist the ends & slide out of the mold. A perfect round log ready for the fridge.

We have these excellent devices for sale for a mere $8.50 plus shipping.

Or, if you already own a Bradley, simply use your bisquette feeder tube! ;D ;D ;D ;D

Thanks for the tip ;D Seriously I'll definitely check it out, and most likely order one the next time I place an order for bisquettes.

i wish i could get a round log ready...

any log for that matter...

even a twig would be gratifying...
