Help smoking grouper

How do you do this one any tip guys.Thanks in advance for the help

Grouper is my favorite fish.  Have not smoke it though.  I simply grill on my wood/charcoal grill.  Kind of like a hot fast smoke when you think about it.  I generally salt, pepper, and apply fresh lemon juice.

I too think grouper is amazing, never tried the smoke on one, but you could probably do a quick smoke just to infuse it and then on to the grill like Wild just said....My thoughts with anything, give it a whirl, you might surprise yourself, my .01 cents (used to have .02 but ex-wife got the other one  ;D)!
