ICST, Welcome here... post away and dont worry about giving advice. You are at the point with the Bradley where you can discover and share something new and different.  Often the advise is old stuff that leads to same old same old.  New, different, oopps and success is where the fun is... just share your experiences, everybody learns... Welcome  ;D

A hearty Hello from Northern Indiana!  It's a regular pool party here Dave, so jump on in, the water is nice.  Never be afraid to ask questions even if you think they've been asked.  Someone will gladly answer them.  The only stupid question is the one you don't ask.

The folks here are amongst the best on the internet, so enjoy yourself here and with your new toy.

I Can Smoke That!?!

I think this is going to be a site I visit often. The warm welcome I have recieved from all you has made my day. I will try and be helpful to whom I can and maybe be the mad scientist with a smoker I want to become. I am a big fan of wild meat, deer, moose, elk, game bird (partridge, phesant, etc). I have one favorite that I do for the people that dont like the taste of wild meat, and just wondering if there are tricks I could do with the smoker that will still be great tasteing. I usually wrap my wild meat in bacon and spice up well to kill the wild taste, and cook it on high for a very short time. Is it possible to do the same wild meat wrapped in bacon, but in the smoker and eat it right away? without having to toss it on the bbq? Thanks again for the welcome to your site.

Dave :) :) :) ;D
