I Can Smoke That!?!

Just thought I would say hi and introduce myself. My name is Dave, I live in Alberta and just got a Bradley smoker for a house warming gift yesterday. I couldn't resist and tried it out today after seasoning it. Caught some fresh trout out of a mountain stream this morning and away I went. Man I love this thing. I should have done this a long time ago. Anyhow I have just finished browsing through this forum and it seems to have some good info. I am new to all of this as of a few hours ago so I wont have any advice at all (yet) hahaha. I hope to meat (pardon the pun) alot of new people on here and hopefully will become a great smoker in the future. Have a great night everyone and good to meet you in advance. ;D ;) ;D

Thank you for the welcome. I am sure I will have alot of questions and I will use the search option first for sure. I would hate to ask a question that is asked over and over and over and over. I have just been doing some checking around and playing with options lol... This is a great site.

You will definatly get a lot of great help here and we look forward from learning from you as well.  Being new to the Bradley does not eliminate one from being able to share some wisdom with even the well seasoned ones.   ;)

Welcome aboard Dave,

You are not going to believe the education that some of the folks can give you should you ask.  I have already asked all of those questions that you say you don't want to ask.  ASK THEM!  These folks are great.

Welcome from Florida.  Ask any question you want.  The only dumb question is the one not asked.
