Deep-Dish Pizza in a Dutch Oven

Don't know about the "set and forget'.  Don't think my model comes with that mode.  Or maybe I'm just dutch oven challenged or sumthin.  My last go around I had to burn out the deritus (nice PC word for a bunch of burnt crap) that had formed.  I guess I need to get one of those books that Habs is talking about.  My Dad gets a kick of my dutch oven failures - he cooks in his quite a bit!  and we are kinda serious and competitive when it comes to outdoor cooking!

Caney, been there done that!  We have burned a lot of biscuits before we finally got the knack of the DO!

Kummok, the table is from Camp Chef.  Yes, we do have a windscreen as well.  I am not sure if the table is aluminum or a different metal.
We have put two Dutch Ovens on the table;  but I am sure you could stack four on there.
We have several Dutch Oven cookbooks, but they are still in the fifth wheel in storage.  Figures.....I know that we have one of Cee Dub's cookbooks, as well as one that features Camp Chef products and was written by a Utah couple who have won several DO cook offs.   We also have one that has recipes compiled from a Dutch Oven society in Texas.
We have also used the table to hold our two butane stoves, which we use when we are camping. 
The table will also hold our Bradley!  Good to know, since Mr. is going to be smoking ribs on his birthday this year. 
10.5, if you come down for his birthday, not only will you get some ribs, but you will see his "heavenly" legs again!!!!!   ;)

Margareeman, I meant to reply to your suggestion of potatoes earlier, but I forgot.  I think potatoes on a breakfast pizza would be AWESOME, along with Canadian Bacon (hab's recipe, of course), cheese and eggs!

Potatoes thinly sliced, I've tried it before, it is very tasty.

 I have never used a dutch oven like the one here, I would love to learn though but i do this in a regular oven. It could be done in a dutch oven though, even a smoker or BBQ. I take regular pizza dough, sometimes in the dough i will add spices, gives it a better taste. then i put my home made pizza/spag sauce on the dough. From there I slice whole potatoes about 1/4 inch thick maybe less, leave the peeling on, better taste. i then put some evoo in a bowl with some spices, whatever suites your taste, put the potatoes in the bowl and splash it around until totally covered. Then put those potatoes on the BBQ until dark brown but not mushy. From there put the potatoes on the dough, top that with green onion pieces about an inch long and whole red onion slices and thinly sliced garlic. From there grab an egg or 2 and beat them, through the eggs on the pizza but make sure you do not have too much egg as it makes things too soggy. I then add some home made bacon bits, and some grated cheese, Kraft makes a spicy cheese with lots of peppers added to it. Through it in the oven at about 350 and done in about 1 hour or so. As you can see I like spice but you can add any ingredient you want, its the potatoes that make it unique. Hopefully this makes sense and enjoy.
