When you make the loaf line your pan with plastic wrap form your loaf then lift it out by the plastic, place directly on the rack and discard the wrap then smoke away

That's a good tip for forming the loaf.  I left that part out.

Thanks, you guys!! Taking the rib ends out this morning to thaw..So tomorrow will be ribs & the meatloaf.. I'll wrap the meatloaf up after smoking/cooking & re-heat for Sunday.. Will be trying a few other things to get acquainted with the Bradley..Looking forward to processing all this venison that's staring me in the face..Will send pics!!
