I have the Cabelas 11 lb commercial w/the motor.  Its a great stuffer.  Of course, now I wish I had either the 20 or 30 lb so I'd only need to fill it once per batch.  But $$$$ gotta be spent wisely. 
I added the motor about a year ago, and have only done a couple batches, but it works great.  I've done 21 mm collagen snack sticks, and brats/kielbasa just fine.  For 3" summer sausage, I just hand crank because the big tube stuffs easy.
