cleaning the OBS drip pan

@classicrockgriller - I don't wrap the v-tray.  I only wrap the very bottom tray the drip pan sits in and the drip pan itself.  I don't understand the danger in that?

There is no danger in that DM.  Wrapping the V pan so it couldn't drip would be a problem.

Ok now I see what you are saying.

If you use a 9x13 cake pan with moisture (water, beer, apple juice, tea) there then you have no need to wrap that tray.

I believe some of the confusion stems form the term "Drip Tray". That term is the actual Bradley part name for what we call the "V" tray.
