brisket here we go

It seams has though I hit the wall at 150*, probes could be out 10* . Right after I had opened the obs(to remove pucks and spritz) it seemed to stall. After 1.5hr it has started to climb, obs and brisket.The brisket is at 159* and obs is 221*.I am using the damper on top to control the heat, never closed.Looks like at least 1 more hour, well see.

Just finished a brisket this afternoon on an overnight smoke.  A 9 lb packer trim, from which I whittled off about /2 lb, PID set to 225 °F right beneath the brisket on 2rd shelf of the six rack. At ~ 5am this morning it was just over 150 °F IT, took until 2:00 pm to make 190 °F. The climb from 150 -180 is long and slow. Total time was 16.5 hrs in the six rack at 225.
