I made a brisket last week. Split the flat and point when it was done and made burnt ends from the point. I vac sealed and froze the flat. In hindsight I probably should have cut up the flat before I froze it.
So any suggestions on how to reheat? Should I put in a crock pot? Or put in a pot of warm water?
After it is reheated, I assume that it wouldn"t be smart to freeze the leftovers?

If it is vacuum packed I would try putting it in warm water. I do this when ever I freeze meats that I vacuum pack and have had pretty good luck with it. You could also open it and boat the brisket in some apple juice or beef broth. This will help with  rewarming it to keep it from drying out.

Ditto.

Reheat in the bag...   Keep the water in the 150° range.   You want it thawed/hot, not cooked again.
I've done it in the big roaster ovens full of hot water.  Works like a charm.

But make sure the bag doesn't lose a seal and leak!

Also... i seem to recall that someone recommended that you freeze it in chunks - not sliced - as you did.  This keeps if from drying out.  Correct me if i'm wrong, guys...

I've sliced/bagged/frozen and reheated with no ill effects..   (but I kept the drippings to include back in the party when reheating)
