No deadline, just wanted to get it done cause I had plans to go to the lake. Plans ended up falling through so it didn't matter for me I could've let the temp stay. I did notice that you had my time of bumping up the temp at 6:30 a.m., it was 5:30 a.m. that I bumped up the temp. 6:30 a.m. was when I checked the IT and it was 185°F. The total cook time was from 6:40 p.m. to 7:15 a.m. so 12 hours and 35 minutes.
