Oh I just saw this and my mouth is watering like crazy. After the disappointing pulled pork sammie I had at the ferry terminal I am primed to make another one. Wish I had one in the freezer cause it would be thawing out right now. Nice butts FLB.

I was at a Canadian market on vacation, I see now how you can be confused by the cuts of pork that are offered!
