Newbie wants to make Turkey Jerky

Irene,
Glad to hear the turkey jerky turned out good! For 1/4 inch thick I think 1 1/2 hour could be about right. I usually make turkey jerky a little thicker therefore it takes a little longer.
I usually cure for at least 2 days, if you did that, then I would just "tweek" the amount of seasoning/cure next time.
You are going to find the Bradley is Premo for a lot snack items!!![:p]
