Guys you all are great. I really like this forum and the people here are wonderful. I contribute the high scores to all the help I received from TestRocket, Steve, Tenpoint5 , CB and the rest of you guys on this forum and the sizzle forum. Y'all just think I know what I'm doing!!!

My love for cooking comes from my late Father and I hope that I can pass it around here. I don't do it for money, fame or trying to get something for nothing, I do it because I believe in my cookers and one day Kimmie will let me have a Bradley then I can get down to using a real smoker!!Till then y'all will just have to put up with me using my SRG's and Big Easy's!! I would love to name everyone that I get info from but there not enough ink on this computer to post them!! ;D

Peace and good Lord willing I'll get a Grand Champion out of this one day!

Here is what I fed the troops with before we really got going!

After it was cooked I added maple glaze and TestRocket brought the biscuits
