just did eight racks of hicory jerky,from cabelas mix,good,very good,topped with kosher salt before smoking,tastes like uncle bills store bought,only better[:D]took 12 hrs.to get right, well worth the wait.that was saturday actually,today i smoked a meat loaf,all raved about that too.indeed it turned out good.i sure do like my smoker,i'll be trying a new recipe next weekend,not made up my mind as of what,but am sure it will be good.take care all and happy smokin[:p][8D]
