hello all

once again I have opened my  mouth and inserted my  foot  with some friends about smoking.... so  they  volunteered to cook the  main course for them and my family. so I am Doing brisket and beef ribs here is the start and i  hope to get  some pictures before it is all gone.

The top rack inverted is a great idea for ribs.

thanks all, and  wouldn't you know it i got  so busy  with other  fixings i forgot to take finished pics, any way  it  all came  out  good and non was  left

I noticed there is a box near the back of the v dip tray.  I don't know all the tricks yet.  What is that for?

If I remember right. Beefman has added an additional heating element and a circulation fan to his Bradley.
