Giving credit where it's due, I was inspired by this video here of some guys doing awesome work with their Bradley:

Essentially we used the same recipe, but replaced ham with Canadian Bacon...mmmm Bacon. In addition, one of our family friends brought over everything to make Atomic Buffalo Turds! It was a feast. The ABTs were ridiculous...and by that I mean they were awesomely tasteful, but holy crap were they spicy! I mean we took the seeds & ribs out and everything, and they still rocked our worlds. Overall it was a great success...The only problem? My friggin provolone cheese melted out! You can see it dripping off of the chicken wraps in the first picture. I need to learn to wrap these things better to contain the cheese  :D

Here are some pictures.

Nice smoke and pics.  I was looking for something to smoke for tomorrow night.

This may be on the menu.

Thanks.

Those look good, even with the cheeseicles.

Keeping the cheese in is not a easy task.

Beautiful cook! I tried using high temp cheese, but the flavor was not there. Besides, I kind of like the flavor of cheesecicles!

Nice cook!!! Maybe you could 'par' cook the chicken for awhile and then add the cheese at the end?

But I would like to stick my head in there and work on those cheesecicles ::)
