HELP ... How to smoke Trout correctly?

Smoked 5 lbs of trout this past weekend using Boutch's brine and Hab's method.  I used a nice brandy instead of cognac and it turned out fantastic.  Thanks for the help!
What is this word, spa? I feel like you're starting to a say a word and you're not finishing it. Spaghetti? Are you taking me to a spaghetti day?

I have also used brandy, and have had very good results. I've been watching for trout to be sold in my area. Since reading this tread I've been wanting to smoke some myself.
