Earlier this year hal4uk was asking about pork ribs with the loin attached.  Well, hal, I stumbled into this when the question about whre to buy pork bellies online came up again and instantly thought of you.  It's not loin +ribs, it's belly with ribs, skin-off.  Ain't cheap but I'll bet it's good!

We used to have an Asian food service market not far from Hal's house that carried all kinds of crazy stuff.   They probably had pork bellies and cuts like that - but that was in the dark ages (pre-smoking days) - so I never bothered to go in there.

A tornado destroyed it, and the guy never rebuilt.
