letting them sit more than a day

 Just rubbed some baby back ribs and stuck them in the frig. My plan was to crank up the smoker in the morning and eat them for dinner tomorrow night.
My wife just informed me that we had other plans for dinner so it would have to wait until Mondays dinner.
Anyone rub their ribs down and leave them a day and a half in the frig before smoking them??

Yup no problem there. The longer the better with in reason

Yes we have done that numerous times, we invite someone over to eat ribs and the last minute plans get changed..but never had a problem with keeping then till eating time..enjoy your ribs partner..
