Hello to everyone who responded to my introduction. Smoked my first whole chicken and it was a big hit.

Thanks.  I want to try some babyback ribs tomorrow. I read some post that said the 3 2 1 method is good for ribs. I know this is a rookie question but what temperatures are they referring too?
