Help......I have an over abundance of prawn tails kikn round and was wonderin if anyone had a good smoke recipe.

A light smoke of 40 minutes max would be my guess.  Since you have lots of them I would start with 20 minutes and taste test those first.  I smoked some shrimp before but it was a long time ago.  Alder would be a good wood to use.  Easy seasonings like EVOO and garlic would probably be good.  Would like to hear about the results ;).
Some people say BBQ is in the blood, if thats true my blood must be BBQ sauce.
