It's the Cajun Injector Honey BBQ injector marinade and I used Zach's Chicken rub. He's making good money on me these days :)

I am so damn hungry right now but figured i'd share more than the bones you would end up seeing in just a few minutes.
3 hours of Apple, total of 6 hours 15min in the smoker at 225.

Was actually not too rubbery at all but i threw it under the broiler for about 5min at the end, which capped the experience.
