Timing out and double posting

I think they're getting the point.  Here is a copy of my e-mail and their prompt response I sent to [email protected]:

I wrote:
Please check-out the problems on your forum. These are very
frustrating and some are even talking about abandoning your
forum and joining the cookshack forum or others.  I believe
it would be in your best interest to resolve these ASAP and
post some info on the forum of what actions are being taken
to correct these problem and when they will be completed.

Thank you for your email. We are aware of the problems on the forum and do apologize for the inconvenience. The problem is currently being looked after. Please hang in there, it will be fixed shortly.
And for Pete's sake, don't go and do something silly like joining the
Cookshack Forum :)

Thanks for getting these folks on the ball guys. I'm like olds and just about ready to bail out if something doesn't happen soon. I don't have much hair left to pull out. Lets keep the fingers (and toes) crossed guys and wish for the best.[;)]

Hmmm. Still having problems and I noticed the counter for posts doesn't change at all. Man I'm tired of this! Time to finish a few things on here and bail for awhile.

Notice there was no timetable given for getting the posting issue sorted, could be a while if they have other projects on the go and I cannot imagine it would be a high priority? [:(]
