The batch I did with #116, I used 2 oz of Srirachi sauce with pepperjack cheese. That got a Thumbs up from the wife!

Going to do some with cheese myself.

Let's see, I started lurking here before I bought my smoker.  Since I joined the forum last October I have purchased:
1- OBS
1- spare heating element
1- set of four jerky racks
1- 20 pound mixer
1- new meat grinder
1- 5 pound vertical stuffer
1- 7/16 stuffer tube for above stuffer
1-22 quart roaster for poaching sausage
4- frog mats
2- digital probe thermometers
1-thermo-pen
And now a set of fancy measuring spoons and I'll be getting my PID next week.

You guys are a REALLY BAD influence!  I think I better buy my wife something nice!
