I couldn't stand it any longer so I assembled the smoker and seasoned it yesterday.  Now I have to decide what I want to smoke this weekend.  It'll be brisket or ribs.. just not sure yet which.  Both sound good lol.  Seasoning gave me a chance to get my bearings with the heat adjustment as well.  ;)

I'd go with some ribs. :)   3-2-1 or 2-3-.5 for more fall of the bone. Or what ever you like. Some don't do any boating in foil. Straight naked ribs. ;D.

Ribs then Jerky. Even if you mess them up they are still good  :)

Way to go Spliner! It's OK to succumb to temptation in this case. Ahhh.... the weakness of the flesh(pork,beef).  ;D ;D

Already started scouting the stores for some baby back ribs.  ;P

I'm already plotting.. rub them Friday night.. on the smoker by noon on Saturday.  ;)
