Found a grilling basket

Cool basket with a locking top
Two racks of ribs and two potatoes fit in there perfect.

Just hung it over the big easy with a metal strip I had


Potatoes and ribs are all done. Put on at 4:30 PM and took out at 6 PM. Potatoes IT was 210 with a thermo pen and the ribs the meat started to pull away from the bone. This was a fast dinner so I loved the hour and a half prep time.

That looks awesome. I don't blame him for wanting more.  I'm liking the corn cob holder :)

Where would one find a basket like that?
And what would it take to make sure it was loaded with those ribs??

You gotta use a bigger camera ;D.
Are you using photobucket? I believe there is a size setting you choose for the pic when you want to upload it.

The basket was bought at our SuperStore in town. They our owned by Loblaws INC. Looked on the package to see if there was a brand name but it seems they are made in China just for Loblaws. On the front it was a simply statement BBQ BASKET
