What are you smoking this extended weekend?

I smoked/cooked this for a BBQ/Cookout on Saturday, 30 - 35 guests.

8 -  Racks of spare ribs
6 -  Whole chickens
1 -  Boston Butt (under estimated that)
40 - Crosshatched hot dogs
18 - BBQ Scotch Eggs

Other foods on the menu;
Shrimp Broil
Orange Braise Green Bean
Vegetarian Chili
Cole Slaw
Scotch Egg
Variety of Pinwheels
Bacon Bites
Bacon Wrapped Dates

doing a bbq event for 15 or so people with the following

baked beans
corn on the cob
coleslaw
fruit salad

what others are bringing:

deviled eggs
salad
potato salad
cookies
spinach salad

did i forget the tri tip??

Apparently.  Sorry for pointing it out, it's just something I do...as well as try to be funny when sometimes I shouldn't. :)

just like me tiny, i try to keep it funny or light when I or some one else makes a mistake

I did 1 Unicorn Butt that I pulled and ran in a crock with an apple cider based Sauce and another But that I pulled and served as is,  pic below  :)
Everything was great EXCEPT I forgot to unbutton my pats after Eating ... now I fear I may need the Local Fire Departments "Jaws of Life" to get my britches off for bed.  :o

lol ....I forgot to save the pic of the 2nd But so I guess I had TWO Unicorn Buts now ...   ::)
