yep Tinys correct. No way I'm going to unwrap cheese slices and then stack them, this was a five pound package of unwrapped slices. You also need to remove the casing from the pepperoni before smoking.  :o

Thanks.  I'll try that if I can find cheese packaged that way.  Don't recall seeing it, just the kraft product.

you can always have them slice it for you at a deli, it will cost a little more, I guess it depends on how much you want to do.
