Smoked Halibut Recipe?

Need some help. I have a lot of Halibut in the freezer from a fishing trip to Alaska this past summer. I found a recipe for smoked halibut about 3 months ago that had tender quick and maple syrup. I used it to smoke halibut and it was really good. Now I want to do it again and for some unknown reason I can't find the recipe (Okay, maybe my wife threw it out. That's my story) ;).

Does anyone have a good smoked halibut recipe using tender quick and maple syrup or brown sugar that I can use to jog my memory.
