Some ribs for the ladys of the house

Cooked up some ribs the other day,,,,did the remove membraine and season thing,,,,then smoked for 3 hr with Hickory and then moped with sop N sauce

Came in the house and the kids were waitin for me

Finished off till the sauce was set

Dinner time!!!!

Now THAT was gooood!!

The ribs were good but the sop N sauce made them even gooder  ;D

Kaylee is in my arms right now and Im typin with one hand, JD is at my feet, shes a little big to cradle in my arms,,,,,,,,,,,but JD thinks shes is still a lap dog  ;D
