Smoke some butts in my newly repaired Bradley

First smoke after I fixed the puck advance on my Bradley!  I was able to get 3 butts in it by cutting one in half and putting 1 and 1/2 butts on two racks. I didn't have enough headroom to use three racks as the butts were too tall.they turned out nice!

Details, man!  How long was the smoke?  What wood was used?  Etc, etc.....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Allrighty then.  I spraed each butt with vegetable oil for glue and then gave each a liberal coating of Jan's rub. I gave them 4 hours of smoke with apple wood pucks. Set the Bradley on high and was able to acheieve steady 200 -250 temps after about 5 hours.  I pulled the butts out of the smoker after I achieved internal temps of 195.  Put them in FTC for about 3 hours. the picture I posted i them straight out of the smoker.

Oh yeah total cook time was about 19 hours.
