some of the best chicken I've ever had came out of my OBS can't wait to do pork loin next weekend and brisket soon

Looks good but did you really use that many pucks or was that just for the photo?  I counted 14, in addition to whatever was below the feeder tube.

The second picture was the first smoke I did and I had little to no clue what I was doing I had ribs in and only used 3 hours worth of smoke then I wrapped them kinda used the 321 method but shortened it a little hour wrapped half hour back in they turned out awesome
