Hello, being new at this I was wondering if anyone would recommend or not recommend the following method of finishing ribs after smoking them on the BS.

I was thinking of putting them on my ceramic grill/smoker to add a little "charred" appearance and flavor.  If this is recommended, what temp should the grill be and for how long should the ribs be on it so as not to dry them out?

Or, would this act be considered a sin defeating the purpose of the flavor and moisture  added via my hard work for six hours using the smoker? Thanks all!

I do this all the time. There is "No Sin" to smoking. It's what ever works for you.
I take the ribs for Ann and pull them from the smoker and slather a bit of sauce on them then hit the grill for a couple of minutes over high heat on both sides then serve them. Don't cook them much longer on the grill or you get "Jerky Bones". :D
