I have had a venison tenderloin soaking in water salt venigar since tuesday is it too far gone or still safe to eat.

Is this a food safety or a seasoning question?

If your ingredients were refrigerated, I'd tell you that there's only one way to find out: Cook that bad boy.

If your ingredients weren't refrigerated, sounds like gambling to me.
