Bacon Wrap Chicken Roll

Finally got around to trying the Chicken Roll this evening.  Turned out great, although next time I plan to apply some pepper.  I did not add anything, just chicken, ham, provalone cheese, wrapped with bacon, 4 Maple Pucks, and cooked for a little over 2 hours at an approximate box temp of 118F.  Somewhat of a mess on the V-tray. :P  Some of the cheese leaked.  I let the dog have all that I could get off the V-tray without soaking.  Just got through eating them.  Yummy! ;D.  Here are the before and after shots:

cat... i lost all my cheeze the 1st time i made them...

pepper cheeze and sharp chedder are good too...

i have rolled up ham... backen... pastrami and pepperoni in those... all were good... your picks look good...

you gotta toot...

Thanks O.  I bet the pepper cheeze would be good.  I would imagine that Blue Cheeze would work also.
