Ok here we go.
Smoked pork butt

This is the brined butt, every one said it had more flavor

Here is the first one pulled and the brined one in the towel waiting its turn

Ready to eat

Leftovers in 8 oz packs for lunch's I like a big sandwich

Pork loin pumped with garlic butter and apple juice

Sliced up and ready for the grill, you can see the butter mmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I like them thick

Sealed for a cuople days to let the smoke blend with everything

Did a couple chickens, only one left by the time i got to shoot this

Had some room left so i did a pork loin fattie


All went in at the same time and came out at the porper IT
I was like a kid in a candy store, now that I'm up and running again. Looks like I need to work on the picture thing there from my phone
