Minor blizzard

Another dump of spring snow so I pulled out another pork loin to make more ham. That stuff sure dissappears fast. I also am going to try wieners for the first time. Iwill use a combo of gr. beef and pork and follow the recipe in Rytek books. Will post pics as I go along. Piker
