Having done research for about a year I picked up my new Bradley yesterday and if the fish are biting I will give it a try this weekend.
I found a store that was going out of business and picked it up for 30% off retail which really helped.

I will be using it primarily to smoke kokanee and will be searching the posts and threads for recipes and tips.  If anyone can point me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
