Alton is on and he's doing BBQ.  Curious on how he is going to do.  Almost lost me almost badmouthing beef BBQ.  Awwww, he's going to brine a butt.

Nice line up of smokers and grills, but most were clean.  Good idea with the pots though

I tried to build the flower pot smoker... I got frustrated by a lack of materials.

Bought an OBS instead...

yeah... that's better.

I use a modified version of his recipe when I do butts...
