Hi everyone! Hope you all had a great weekend!!!
I was wondering if anybody would be interested in posting some tried and tested winning recipes. With the Super Bowl this weekend, I'm sure there would be some interest. I'll start with a simple recipe that is made in our Store. It is made using scraps of cheese left over from slicing for our retail full service cases. I will give APPROXIMATE / ESTIMATES on amounts of ingredients as this is a different batch size every time that it is made.

2 pounds of Shredded cheddar cheese.(colby, mild or medium cheddar, cojack any combo etc...)
1 pound of Shredded white cheese. (monterey jack or swiss)
1/2 to 1 bunch of chopped green onions
2 - 3 TBS. of diced piementos
1/2 to 1 cup of sliced green olives
1 cup of mayonaise (add enough so it is not to dry, it will soak up the mayonaise if you make it the night before and let it set in the refrigerater)
Mix together and serve with any of your favorite crackers.

When I make this I prefer to buy the cheese in 8oz or 16oz blocks and shred it myself. Probably would be just as good buying shredded cheese but ......you know........sometimes kind of pickey...[:)][:D][:p]
