Newbie apology

I just realized that I mentioned my first smoke was WTS's ribs.  I should have said 10.5's ribs.  The pictorial of his is excellent and I want to give credit where due.  I had printed WTS's brisket recipe and that's what I was thinking.  I've read so much good stuff here I'm having "smoker's overload". This ole "dumb okie" is having a blast learning from all you guys and gals.  Again, the ribs following 10.5's advice were excellent.  Just waiting to get my nerve up for the brisket!
