New Smoker

Hello everyone !
This is the Indy Smoker here.  I am new to Bradley and new to smoking.  Learning a lot as I go here.
I have already smoked some Ribs, Saklmon, Jerky, and Summer Saussage.
Any tips/tricks that you have to share are appreciated !!
