Peeling Finish

My Bradley's flaking like a bad sunburn[:(!]

I have had a bit of flaking paint around the vent, but just ignored it as no big deal - doesn't affect the product and has not rusted through or anything.  Now, I removed my smoke gen off the cabinet to do some cleaning, and there is a big ring around the heating element on the smoke gen where the paint has bubbled and flakes off!!!  It looks like a bad case of ringworm[xx(]

What to do???????????????????????????????????????????
