Dinner for Tonight- Brisket

Did a small brisket last night. Finished up this morning around 8:00am then FTC for 2 hours. Sliced up and into the fridge. Gonna add a little Apple Juice and heat up in the oven for dinner.

Hey Pens,

No, that was done on my Bradley. We did do some wings and a brisket at work Saturday on the Traeger. Here is how they turned out.

Those both look great.

I almost picked up a brisket this weekend but picked up a couple of chuck roasts insted.
