Maybe I will whip up a batch of this next time I bring down pulled pork  :)

Cut & pasted that one right into my recipe file for when I take the next bag of pulled pork out of the freezer (which may be a while - SWMBO's got me on chicken, fish, and other "healthy things" this week. Luckily she works and I don't but I can't be too obvious.).

Oh man, nepas!  I just made a "test batch" (half a recipe) and tasted it before refrigerating.  Awesome stuff!

I had some pulled pork this evening and I had to settle for your store bought mustard sauce  :o

I never heard of 'mustard sauce' before but love mustard so I will be making this, thanks Rick.

I have some pretty pickey friends as to what they like on there Brat's. Last cook served up on some fresh sourdough buns toasted and slathered with the mustard sauce and they just disappeared. Did not even offer any any other condiment except for some grilled smoked red onions. Saved me a heck of a lot of trouble from putting out a dozen options! It's just right. I'm gonna brew a big batch and throw in a gift jar
with the other Xmas goodies I do.

Come on now that store bought stuff is still pretty good  :)  I am going to whip up a batch of Nepas and have that boy scout pulled pork this weekend with it.  How did yours turn out, did it pull like you thought it would?

It was real good and so was your mustard sauce. I have no idea about pulling... I've only seen it done once  ;D It did pull easy with a couple of forks. I warmed it up to 120F IT wrapped in foil then pulled it. I have no idea if that is the way to do it but it was tasty.

Since it was pre-cooked and packaged I am sure 120 is just fine.  I will be trying mine tonight or tomorrow.

How long will the mustard sauce keep in the fridge. You know, in case we dont finish it all in one sitting.  ;D
