I'm seeing pics of people's smokes and a lot of the racks appear to have a fine mesh grate or something on them.  Where did those come from?  I'm thinking about doing shrimp, almonds, etc. later and those sure would come in handy!
There is such a thing as BBQ in Nebraska!

They're high-temperature jerky screens from Yard & Pool.  Link here.

Thanks Ka Honu!  $8 huh?  Not bad.

Bradley also sells non-stick coated jerky racks.

I recommend the hi temp screens from Yard & Pool.

They work really well.  I just keep them with my racks & use them for everything.  They help with clean up on larger items that really don't need the smaller mesh - like pork butt.

Wouldn't recommend the Bradley non-stick coated jerky racks.  The non-stick has a tendency to flake onto the food.  Go with the high temp screens at Y&P.  I have both and can speak from experience.

I'll second that.

You are right about the bradley jerkey screens. Most of the non-stick has rubbed off from cleaning.
Guess I have to call Brian (Y &P)

My jerky screens had the non-stick coming off by the third time I used them.
Now they just sit around till I really really need them.
