Another Batch Of Bacon Jerky

My wife really like this bacon jerky so i made her another batch.

The smoke time in the BS was 2 hours and the dry time in my big "C" was 18.5 hours.

Hey anuthing for the Mrs huh guys  ;D

 OOOOEEEEEE. the big c from cabellas sure looks nice. Question for you all. My brother has one of them dehydrators that are circular in shape that you can buy like at a walmart. it has 6 plastic racks with it. he told me that he has done jerky one time and some fuit. Do yall think that i could use this after i smoke the meat in the bradley. thank.

Yes that dehydrator will work just fine.

I started at 80* then bumped slowly to 155* to render the fat down some. This batch took 18.5 hours
