Looking good.

Now that's some pretty big slabs of jerky you got going.

Lookin' good

Which flavor did you make. I like the "Original" best. Some folks here do no like HM but , I like it.

I used the Teriyaki Blend and Cherry Wood.  It had a really nice flavor.
I am trying out different kits to gain some experiance, then I will try
making some from scratch

I bought the "cure" in a 7lb bag, and we make our own garlic and cracked pepper. Just add garlic powder and apply fresh cracked pepper with the DeWalt pepper grinder...

I'm with u FLB I make my own but u have to start somewhere. I always added more garlic and black pepper to the HM to get it the way I liked it.

Those look great MikeRadio!
I've used both the HM in the original and mandarin teriyaki on venison and thought they were pretty good  :)
I bought the wild goose jerky seasoning, too, but didn't get a chance to hunt waterfowl this last season.
Maybe this fall  ::)
