I got the 2 butts going today in both Bradley and Traeger.

Getting some cajun bbq injection in both butts

And a good rub of OM bbq spice rub

First butt in the Traeger

Second in my Bradley with JB/Messy wood mix ;D

PID doing its thing to 225*

Going full BS & Traeger, no need for a freakin crock pot :D

Got some sausage going on the UDS too.

Sausage with yellow sauce on it. Nice plate huh :D

The Traeger butt at 5.5 hours.

Did some chicken on the UDS today too. Took half of the legs off before i took the pic.

Will post my Bradley butt in a few.
